A free community health fair, is set for Saturday and will offer free entry to the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center will provide free health screenings, flu shots and other vaccines for those 2 to 18 years, health exhibits, giveaways and more. The event, sponsored by the hospitals, aquarium and the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce also will feature food trucks and music.
