Guide schoolchildren on tours through the Exhibit Hall or on the beach, providing information and activities relating to Cabrillo Marine Aquarium's exhibits. Following two months of training, docents will choose one morning per week to provide tours. A desire to learn about the ocean, an interest in children and willingness to work with CMA for two years are the primary qualifications. Applications will be accepted through September 2, 2024.
Fee: $30 (covers training and docent manual). Financial aid is available, fee subject to change. Reservations are required.
